MY MISSION:
Helping independent agencies hit their potential is my life’s work. I’ve personally worked with over 1000 agencies and this gives me the unique ability to share how some of the top agencies have tackled the industry’s biggest challenges. I understand all sides of the agency business from efficiency, leadership, sales and service. APP clients rely on us to get team buy-in, help them track results and hold the entire agency (including leadership) accountable to the results they deserve. I’m in my element when I’m working on site with carriers, agency owners and networks helping them see their potential and commit to a plan for success. While you can tell I’m passionate about this industry, my biggest fear is that we end up like Blockbuster, because we can’t quite embrace change. With a degree from Bentley University in relationship marketing financial services helped me get my start in this industry. I have been in bank owned agencies and even on the Insurtech side (before Insurtech was a word!) Before starting APP in 2014 I ran the Client Services Division for an Insurance Digital Marketing Firm that was eventually sold to Zywave. Now as the President of Agency Performance Partners I have the honor of developing our team to serve your team. In addition to working with insurance agencies I also work with Agency Networks, Carriers and Insurtech companies.
When not working I’m working out, reading, remodeling our home or hanging out with my husband Andrew and dog America.
Kelly has an incredible attitude, amazing work ethic, and awesome creativity. I’d hire her, work for, work with her…and probably divorce her if we were married because I couldn’t stand to live every day with someone so much more productive than me!
