Inspired by a seasoned account manager who managed clients with ease and had a strong work ethic. Passed her insurance licensing exam in secret, then met with her boss and asked to be considered for a position above her current position.
The company quickly assigned a personal lines desk and a set of lofty sales goals. She excelled. She began leading the team and took a position on the agency leadership team. She handled high-valued and top-tier customers and worked on specialty risks.
She lets agency owners take their teams to the next level with open, honest discussions that offer fresh perspectives and constructive dialogue. With her help, your team can tackle even complex challenges using a variety of experiences!

I always had a passion for numbers, so it was a natural progression for me to study accounting and finance.
I have enjoyed the training and the new way of doing things. I love the organization of the processes, no longer using paper, and getting rid of the anxiety!
