Agency Performance Partners is THRILLED to announce that we have a new team member! Please welcome our dear friend David (Dave) Siekman to our consultant team!
Dave comes to Agency Performance Partners from Cochrane and Porter Insurance Agency where he was the Executive Vice President. Prior to that, he worked for Encharter Insurance in Lexington, Massachusetts for 10 years, finishing up his time there as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Dave’s role will be to work with insurance agencies to drive performance using their proven strategies. He’ll be using his years of experience in the insurance industry to help agencies increase efficiency and develop strong sales cultures.
We are also offering a training day special as part of Dave’s onboarding.
