Best way to kick off summer here at APP – spending a sunny summer day on a beautiful golf course at Lyman Orchards Golf Club, surrounded by the members of the Connecticut Young Insurance Professionals (CTYIP), and driving around in a refreshment golf cart.
APP was given the opportunity to sponsor the refreshment/snack cart for “Springfest 2016” on Tuesday, June 21st. Of course APP came prepared with some hangover/first aid kits for our fellow golfers! Special shout out to some of our friends that we ran into throughout the day – Russell Insurance Agency and CTYIP President, Nick Khamarji, Jr.!!
What is CTYIP you ask? Well, CTYIP is an organization who works with about 600 insurance professionals across the tri-state area (NY, NJ, & CT). Their mission is “to provide unique opportunities for career-minded individuals to enhance their personal and professional development through education, networking, and leadership” (http://www.ctyip.org/).
