Selling Value Over Price In Insurance
When everyone wants to talk about price, how do we sell value over price in insurance? Maybe insurance sales agents feel that clients buy only based on price. Change your thinking! They start the buying process on price, but it’s our job as sales agents to pull them over to value. We have to believe we are worth someone paying more by educating clients and developing rapport. According to our secret shoppers, 85% of agents did nothing to build value in themselves or their agency. People can’t buy our value if they don’t know about it because it’s not part of our process! You can build value by building rapport, educating clients and get over selling a policy based on price. Instead, challenge yourself to sell based on value.
