To attract and renew local agents across America using the proprietary training and processes developed by Agency Performance Partners . One of the primary missions of the Agency Performance Partners’ Consultant is to build long lasting, mutually beneficial relations with both prospects and clients as a method to drive referrals and new clientele to the company. In addition, the consultant role is continuously looking and documenting, for the entire APP Team, new and more efficient ways to assist agencies in the following areas: sales, ridiculously amazing service, marketing and leadership development. It is critical the Consultant incorporates our values and mission into the role and be a good brand ambassador by always living these professional principles throughout every client engagement. This role is the face of Agency Performance Partners in the industry as well as with our prospects and clients.
Consultants focus on one of 5 areas:
- Commercial & Personal Lines Service Strategies
- Commercial & Personal Lines Sales Strategies
- Insurance Agency Leadership Development
- Insurance Agency Marketing Strategies
- Carrier Sales & Underwriter Training
We are looking for motivated, excited people to join our growing team. Insurance or Financial Services experience is strongly preferred.
