So you may be complaining about your agency right now. Are you saying to yourself “I can’t find good people”, “We are too slow to get back to leads”, or “What? I have to work the weekend?” If you answered yes, then what you are suffering from is growing pains. Growing pains are in fact the best pains to have. If your business is growing, that is the point to it all so stop whining about it. Instead embrace the next phase of your business. Work the weekends, work nights and relentlessly pursue the best people. Whining makes you seem ungrateful for the blessing of growth.
The point of being in business is to grow. So when it happens, step up to the plate, focus and hit a home run. If you’re not growing then you may be shrinking… and that’s something to really whine about!
