It’s Hard to Hire: Fire Deadbeat Clients

Everybody has them, but nobody needs them. It’s time to fire your insurance agency’s deadbeat clients. 

“These people waste time and money and make your team feel like crap.”

You know exactly who we are talking about. Remember the man who stayed on the phone for 2 hours last week over a typo? And that lady who wrote an essay-like email about why you need to fire that employee who “outrageously” rescheduled her appointment?

Let those people go. We would be willing to bet money on the fact that you spend hours on issues that make you pennies (if you make anything at all). What could you have done with that time? 

Here is your answer: A LOT.

These people waste time and money and make your team feel like crap. Imagine if they never had to work with people like that again. They would love it, and they would so appreciate you having their back─not to mention all the team buy-in over a boss move like that. 

Focus on clients who are the real deal. They take no time, pay the most money, and are nice? Wow. Go get ‘em, tiger! 

Just do your team the favor of the year and fire your insurance agency’s deadbeat clients.
