Many agencies we work with look completely different when compared, which isn’t a bad thing. Sometimes, you need to do something different.
It’s so freaking hard to hire right now that it’s not even funny, and you might need to get creative as you look for ways to get more things done and grow. So, step back and take a look. Where could you place a new set of eyes and hands to ease the workflow?
Don’t be afraid to reorganize. You don’t always need a new account manager or producer. It could be that you need someone to take marketing on or do data entry (most agencies are up to their eyeballs in data). Where do you see inefficiencies?
