Awareness:
You can’t get a quote from someone that you don’t know about. You have to build awareness that you are an option.

- New Social Media Followers
Leads:
- How many contact forms are completed?
- How many new leads did you receive
- How many qualified leads did you receive?
Sales:
- How many sales did you have?
It may seem pretty basic and simple but we find all too often agencies are not tracking nearly enough data points. Check your own out, create a baseline and then understand where to go from there.
