With over 3 years of experience in the BPO industry, I have worked as a Business Sales Support and Customer Care Representative, honing my skills in offering offshore assistance. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong ability to build meaningful relationships and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. I am eager to bring these skills to APP and provide the same level of dedication and service to our clients.

I am Bibliomania, a passionate book collector. Though it takes me a little time to read them, once I do, I immerse myself fully in each one. I love building my collection and exploring new worlds through reading.
I’m also a travel memorabilia collector. Each item holds a special memory, reminding me of the unique experiences I’ve had, and I enjoy growing my collection with each new adventure!
