Scott Roberts is one of our Performance Consultants for APP and an Opportunity Generator for Agency Appeal. In these roles he strives to encourage and inspire people to reach their potential while helping their businesses thrive. Over the years, his practical, motivational and result-oriented approach has helped businesses drive growth and improvement in sales, goal setting, company culture, leadership development and marketing.
Scott previously created and led a team of insurance consultants in a digital marketing company and has over twenty-eight years of experience as a sales leader, business consultant, trainer and coach. He has an extensive background working hands on with hundreds of insurance agencies from coast to coast to help maximize the potential of their people, processes, tools, leadership strategies and agency culture for optimal results. He has also been a speaker at national and regional industry events.
When Scott isn’t working, he enjoys snow skiing, boating, waterskiing, paddle boarding and spending time with his wife and 4 kids. He likes to have fun with his family and also at work! Honesty and transparency are vital parts of Scott’s identity. He’s the same person at work as he is in his personal life. His experience serving as a pastor for 12 years has given Scott a special approach to motivation and coaching. He prides himself on always being willing to listen and work together in order to encourage others toward their goals.
