There are so many customer retention strategies that we can use to get to a final product or result. We need to execute and adjust these strategies by testing them for success. Something that works for one agency may not work for another. But it may not be the strategy itself but the PROCESS to the strategy.

At APP, we feel EVERY agency should be doing renewal review calls to maintain customers and increase retention. Besides, those customers pay your bills, don’t they? At least they deserve to hear from you.

What is our problem?

  • Not following up with our clients after the sales.

  • Pretending everything is OK – they will just stay with us without the agency having to do anything.

  • Not keeping up with numbers and not realizing you may have a lot of DWP (Direct Written Premium) but have a leakage problem or, in other words, a retention problem.
