We created the manifesto to outline the core philosophies we bring and install into independent insurance agencies across the US and Canada. Many of these statements are common hurdles that agency owners need a plan to tackle and correct in their agencies. This statement embodies our deepest hopes for independent agents and brokers.

We want it to enable your agency to tackle change, embrace training, build a sense of community and help solve the pressing problems in your small business. 

Over the past decade we have seen this manifesto fulfilled in many agencies. We have seen agencies try and fail to execute without a clear plan and accountability. Our vision is that this manifesto is something that you can share with your team as the battle cry of what needs to be accomplished by agencies across North America.
