Your agency will get to select your secret shopper(s) from our list of both commercial and personal lines secret shoppers. From there you will select the scenario that you want the secret shopper to call into your agency with. The process takes two weeks from the time your agency selects the secret shopper to when you obtain the results.
We will track the quote and follow-up process. You will be surprised how few agents spend time following up on quotes, and we know that success is in the follow up. You can share with your team the results, video and quotes for review.
We also recommend that you check your agency management system to ensure that the agent followed your new business process.
